Terms of Use


1. By accessing and using Uface application(“Application”) provided by covworks Co.,Ltd(“covworks”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of use(TOU).

Agreement of Use

As Application is connected to other services(i.e. Facebook, Twitter), user allows covworks the authority to access the information of the user in the service and use the service and save the login verification of the service. For the information on the data covworks collects from other services, please refer to the Privacy Policy.


Terms of Service

1. You may not use Application illegally or for any unallowable purposes and an international user agrees to comply with all the local laws relating to the online activity and allowable contents.

2. You may not modify or hack Application nor modify other websites as if they are related to Application.

3. You may not infringe any acts or laws in the jurisdiction of the user during the use of Application.

4. You shall be responsible for any post violating the policy/terms, or illegal activities although covworks prohibit the above stated act or contents while the user agrees and understands them.

Generals

1. covworks may revise the terms at any time. The terms of Application shall be revised for good faith and reasonably at the discretion of covworks.

2. The copyright and intellectual properties for Application belong to covworks.

Application Trademark & Brand Guideline

1. User may not use “Uface” or similar contents on the user’s product name, domain name or image.

2. Especially, Uface icon or logo may not be used in the developer document without a special permission.

3. If including Uface logo, the following contents should be contained in a user’s application(or website). : "the application(or website) uses Uface(™) API, which is not be warranted or authenticated by Uface or covworks. Uface(™) logo and trademark exposed on the application are the properties of covworks.”

4. covworks reserves the right to reject the use of the term, Uface.

Privacy Policy


covworks Co.,Ltd(“covworks”) collects and uses personal information for more convenient and safe Uface application (“Application”) as follows. Personal information is safely managed according to the privacy policy of covworks.

How to collect and Purposes

1. covworks do not collect any personal information by using Application.

2. When accessing other services (Facebook, Twitter and etc) through Application, the related SNS corporations may collect the personal information provided by the SNS, but may not use the personal information for any purpose other than the sharing with Application.

Change of Privacy Policy

covworks reserve the right to add, delete or modify the current privacy policy. It is recommended that a Application user frequently checks the changed page(s) of privacy policy. By using Application after change in this Privacy Policy, a user agrees the policy.
